In most cases, this process takes our warranty department 2 to 3 business days to review and verify the warranty claim. Once the claim is verified, the replacement unit will be shipped out.
BoneTalker does not offer repair service, we only offer 1-year warranty service which is product replacement. If you experience a manufacturer defect at any time in the first year, you can submit a warranty claim
The 1-year warranty covers manufacturer defects and excludes abuse, misuse, loss or theft.
BoneTalker offers a 15-day return policy for all orders placed on our website, no questions asked. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your headphones during this period, ship it back and we’ll refund you. You would have to bear the return shipping cost. Please make sure the product is undamaged and include the original packing and accessories.
BoneTalker does not refund purchases from other retailers.
